At DUO Care Services, LLC, we support seniors and their families as they face the challenges that come with aging. We know this time can be emotional and sometimes overwhelming, and we’re here to help make it a little easier. A Geriatric Care Manager offers guidance, coordinates care, and helps families feel more confident in the decisions they’re making.

Meet Your Geriatric Care Manager

Patricia Miner, DPT

Tricia is a compassionate physical therapist with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (2014) and over seven years of experience in subacute rehab, primarily helping seniors regain independence. As a Senior PT, she collaborated closely with patients, families, and care teams to support safe recoveries.

Her passion for senior care began early—three of her grandparents lived in her childhood home, giving her firsthand caregiving experience that shaped her deep empathy and understanding.

After stepping away from clinical work to raise her two daughters, Tricia remained active in healthcare as a virtual assistant and informal advisor to those navigating medical decisions.

Outside of work, she enjoys life with her husband, daughters, and their Aussiedoodle, and finds joy in cooking and gardening.
